We are system integrators ourselves, originally developed RoboLive for our own results control and want to use it to digitize other productions in Germany. In the USA, we have already been using RoboLive for several years with major OEMs. In Germany, our next step is a pilot project with an OEM or a supplier (component or body parts manufacturing). For our funding from the state of Lower Saxony, we are looking for a pilot project. The content of a pilot project is to provide RoboLive with the corresponding visualization and data free of charge for a plant / product whose programming is most likely to challenge the employees. From experience, the benefit is enormous for the applying companies. What is RoboLive anyway? RoboLive is our solution for commissioning, analysis and quality assurance of robot-based manufacturing systems. The process visualization automatically links all existing data of the industrial robots and illustrates their processes (welding, gluing, clinching ...) on a CAD model of the product. It also records all changes to the plant and makes their effects traceable in the timeline. It gives all parties involved access to all relevant information. To put it succinctly: RoboLive allows robot programming to be viewed and understood.
