Irina: Sovereign Clinical AI for Critical Hospital Infrastructure
Hospitals are critical infrastructure. Their clinical data should not depend on third-party cloud APIs. Irina runs inside the hospital network on local hardware, with no patient-data egress and read-only access to the hospital information system.
An AI scribe produces a note. Irina creates the structured data layer for the entire inpatient stay. It captures clinical information by voice at the point of care, carries physician-approved facts through admission, ward rounds, handover, discharge and coding, and turns the same data into department-level analytics. Every statement remains linked to its source. Missing information is flagged, codes are checked against official German catalogues, and physicians retain final approval.
A functional MVP and the required hardware are in place. The next stage is production deployment, live hospital integration and prospective validation. Our model-independent architecture removes external API dependency and improves unit economics as usage grows.
Germany alone represents an estimated €250 million ARR opportunity. We enter at €30,000 per department and expand across hospitals and provider groups.
