A good user experience is becoming increasingly important for digital products. This training covers the fundamentals of usability and user experience, as well as Gestalt principles and perceptions, and discusses them using concrete examples from the participants' practical experience.

A good user experience (UX) is becoming increasingly important for digital products.

It does not matter whether the systems (software, websites, apps) are used by customers or by the company's own employees - the users' requirements are shaped by the daily use of well-known and high-quality software systems.

The following topics form the basis of the training:

  • Basics of usability and user experience

  • Gestalt laws and perception

  • Developing a simple process to improve the user experience in the design phase

  • Development of good personas and conception of prototypes

  • Measuring user experience (focus on UEQ/UEQ+ questionnaire)

10 training hours are planned to teach the basics.

Building on the fundamentals, concrete scenarios are developed based on the participants' wishes and examples. These may involve workflows that need to be mapped in software or the evaluation of individual screens. Another topic may be the establishment of UX management methods.

A further 10 training hours are planned to impart this specific advanced knowledge.

Employees or management within the company who create software/web applications/mobile apps or are responsible for their use. No graphic design or programming skills are required.
