Together, we'll reflect on the values and attitudes founders bring with them—and develop initial ideas for how these can be translated into concrete structures. In this masterclass, you'll learn how to find your unique voice and confidently become visible – online, on stage, and in business. Ewa de Lubomirz will give you tools to strengthen your presence, communicate clearly, and position your message in a way that makes an impact. For women who no longer want to stay in the background but want to boldly take the stage.

The workshop offers a practical introduction to the concept of venture clienting – an impact-oriented innovation approach in which companies collaborate with specifically scouted startups to solve internal technological challenges more quickly (process innovation) and integrate new technological approaches into product development (product innovation). The focus is on success factors for establishing effective venture client structures and concrete case studies from corporate practice. The workshop conveys how to design the path from internal needs definition to the selection of suitable startups and finally to a successful pilot project. It highlights the organizational requirements, the typical stumbling blocks, and the measurable successes that can be achieved within just six months.

In this workshop, startups present their concepts and then discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the respective models.

The EIC Accelerator is an EU funding program aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including startups and scale-ups, that aim to bring disruptive, scalable innovations to market. It targets SMEs with significant growth potential and plans to expand internationally. A unique feature of the program is that, in addition to grant funding, equity capital can also be accessed. This workshop provides an overview of the program and an in-depth look at the application process.

What's it about? In this session, startup founders will gain exclusive insights into the decision-making process of impact investors. Using the Future GreenTech Incubator Success Matrix, we will demonstrate how institutional impact investors evaluate startups—from market potential and team structure to impact potential. Together with investors, we will walk through concrete evaluation scenarios and reflect on how startups can better position themselves strategically.

Who is the target group? Impact startups, early-stage teams, climate tech/bioeconomy founders, and anyone currently or prospectively looking for a suitable accelerator/incubator or seeking funding—especially from impact or institutional investors.

In this workshop, we aim to demonstrate to startups, investors, and companies which legal work steps can already be mapped digitally, often using AI. This will bring about efficiency gains as well as new models for collaboration with legal professionals in conjunction with software solutions. In the workshop, we will demonstrate live on-site with solution providers what is possible and simulate specific legal use cases – such as drafting and analyzing a GmbH's articles of association or an employment contract.

The workshop is aimed at startup founders or those interested in starting a business who want to contribute to a more sustainable economy and value chain by making their company circular and who want to identify areas where the promotion of circularity can be initiated or considered right from the start.

Participants will gain basic information and concepts about circularity in a value chain and will also gain initial practical experience in how to make a product more circular. Best-practice examples will also be presented for guidance. Another key focus of the workshop is the sustainable measurability of this change. We will present various methods and tools that companies can use to analyze and evaluate their circular business models. We will provide practical guidance on how to systematically collect, evaluate, and visualize relevant data to make progress in circularity transparent and comparable.

After completing the workshop, participants should be motivated to delve deeper into the topic in order to make their companies future-proof.

What role do clusters and networks play in the success of young companies – and how can synergies be created between startups and established players in the mobility industry? This session is aimed at interested founders and startups seeking to engage with mobility clusters and networks in Lower Saxony. These startups will introduce themselves after a personal introduction by Torge Brandenburg, who, as a long-time network player and newly minted founder, will share firsthand experience of how crucial good networking can be for launching a business. The session offers space for questions, exchange, and initial points of contact – with the goal of exploring potential partnerships, highlighting support options, and networking innovation potential at an early stage.

The masterclass highlights key success factors for female entrepreneurship—based on the valuable experience of Gründerinnen-Consult from the projects FemStartup Mentoring and Gründerinnen.innovieren.Wirtschaft.

This workshop is aimed at all (aspiring) female founders and experts who are interested in sharing their knowledge. Achieve more together: Together with experienced startup coaches, we pool expertise from Lower Saxony and, in a proactive and participatory barcamp format, develop customized solutions and recommendations for action to effectively address the challenges you face in your everyday life as a founder.

Everyone is invited to bring personal challenges to the workshop, to provide inspiration, to strengthen each other and/or to network.
