Patentinformationszentrum Niedersachsen @ EZNThe German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB) has been operating as a patent information centre (PIZ) for many years in cooperation with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA). In agreement with the DPMA, the special services of EZN are offered under the name "Lower Saxony Patent Information Centre" in addition to the range of services of the TIB.
At the Lower Saxony Patent Information Centre, EZN's services include the following:
Information on national, regional and international application procedures and on the course of IP procedures, here also on plant variety protection law,
initial advice for inventors,
Awareness-raising measures for industrial property protection (e.g. seminars, information events, trade fair stand support),
Searches, in particular contract searches
