The challenges our clients face are now found in almost every company. The crucial question is no longer whether stressors occur – but how severely they affect teams, productivity, and stability. The starting point High absenteeism: An average of 24 sick days per employee in 2024; in nursing and care professions up to 38.5 days . Psychological stress as the main cause: 27.9% of all work incapacities are due to mental illnesses – with a continuing upward trend. High costs per day of absence: On average, a day of illness causes approximately €450 in direct and indirect costs. Employee turnover ties up resources: On average, each new hire costs companies around 150% of an annual salary . Knowledge loss & instability: Frequent staff changes weaken teams and lead to a permanent loss of know-how. Demographic change: The shortage of skilled workers is noticeably increasing the pressure on existing employees.
