Arthur - VR Collaboration Tool

Arthur is a platform for immersive collaboration that connects virtual 3D workspaces with artificial intelligence. With Arthur One, people and AI-powered digital employees can work together in a virtual space, conduct meetings, share knowledge, and edit workflows. The platform supports both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration and is accessible via XR headsets, browsers, and computers. Current application areas include, among others, meetings, training and further education, onboarding, workshops, product presentations, as well as AI-supported decision-making and analysis processes.

The increasing distribution of teams across different locations presents companies with the challenge of effectively enabling collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal interaction across spatial boundaries. Classic digital workspaces and video conferences offer only limited possibilities for joint, spatial work and can lead to information and work processes being distributed across different tools and systems. At the same time, AI is increasingly being used, but often only supports individual tasks instead of being directly integrated into central workflows and joint processes. Arthur addresses this gap by combining immersive collaboration and AI support in a shared work environment.

Arthur One creates a shared 3D workspace for humans and AI, where digital AI employees can actively participate in work processes. For example, the AI can accompany conversations, summarize information, analyze data, conduct interviews, create visual results, or guide participants through a workflow. Arthur Spaces can also be used to create individual immersive applications for onboarding, training, product presentations, events, and collaborative processes, and to connect them with a configurable AI agent. The environment can be adapted to different requirements and used via XR, web, and computers.

The central added value of Arthur lies in the combination of spatial collaboration, immersion, and artificial intelligence. Teams can work together in a virtual environment regardless of their location, using an AI-powered digital co-worker that not only provides information but actively intervenes in workflows. This is intended to make meetings more efficient, make knowledge more usable, and support decision-making processes. At the same time, immersive applications enable new forms of training, onboarding, workshops, and presentations where content is not just viewed, but experienced and worked on together.
