Niedersachsen.next Digitalagentur | Niedersachsen.next GmbH The Niedersachsen Digital Agency is a part of Innovationszentrum Niedersachsen GmbH, an essential element of Lower Saxony's economic development with the aim of supporting Lower Saxony's economy in the development of innovations and thus creating and securing jobs.

As a central point of contact, we arrange consulting and support services for the Lower Saxony economy. In addition, we take up impulses on various topics and fields of action from business and science and thus support the development of new products, services and business models. In doing so, we act as an independent strategy and technology advisor to the Lower Saxony state government via the Lower Saxony Innovation Center in order to provide impetus to business, science and politics for the development and dissemination of forward-looking key technologies in Lower Saxony.

By integrating previous structures, such as the Network Industry 4.0 Lower Saxony, the Project Office Digital Lower Saxony and the initiative eHealth.Lower Saxony, we were able to incorporate existing know-how into the digital agency. In addition, we have an extensive network of partners. The close interaction with the various institutions in the field of digitization results in a holistic support offering for the Lower Saxony economy.

Daten bewegen Kommunen #01: On-Demand-Verkehr für Ihre RegionData-driven transport planning: Meeting real mobility needs in rural areas with flexible on-demand transport services On-demand public transport services, or services integrated with public transport, can make local public transport more attractive, efficient, and future-proof. This is especially true in rural areas. In this webinar , we will show you how to create, expand, and improve such services . We will also discuss the role of a reliable data foundation in service optimization , how commercially available software solutions can support this process , and how this can lead to savings across the entire system . This is illustrated using two municipal case studies: The Lütti project from the Osnabrück district shows how to successfully implement on-demand transport . The Sprinti project in the Hanover region, on the other hand, demonstrates how an existing service can be expanded and optimized to further improve mobility for local residents. The start of a new series This webinar marks the launch of "Data Moves Municipalities"—a new digital event series from Niedersachsen.next that showcases municipal best practices in the field of mobility and makes them available to other municipalities. Instead of setting up their own pilot projects, the webinars will present proven solutions in a concise, two-stage format, allowing participants to explore their potential for adaptation to new projects or optimization of existing ones. Stage 1 – Webinar: Low-threshold and digital, focusing on best-practice projects from the perspective of the participating municipality and the technology partner. Stage 2 – Deep Dive (optional): Evaluation of potential adaptations of the project or optimization of existing projects in this area, focusing on the individual requirements of the participating municipalities. Depending on the topic, an overview of suitable funding programs will also be provided. agenda Welcome and introduction – Lower Saxony.next Data-driven transport planning – Meeting real mobility needs in rural areas with flexible on-demand transport (ODV) – Hagen Fischer, General Manager, Via Mobility DE Case Study 1: Lütti – A building block of modern municipal public transport – Henrik Stein, Project Manager for new forms of mobility, Planungsgesellschaft Nahverkehr Osnabrück GmbH (PlaNOS) Case Study 2: Sprinti – How the municipal level created Germany's largest on-demand transport system – Representatives of the Hanover Region / Üstra Municipal policy decisions for integrated transport planning – Recommendations for cost-efficient and efficient local public transport – Hagen Fischer, General Manager, Via Mobility DE Q&A and preview of the deep dive (level 2) Who is this webinar for?
