While agile processes are focused on the timely implementation of requirements, improving usability/user experience (UX) requires careful planning. Thus, integrating human-centered design processes into agile software development presents a challenge, as both processes require very different approaches.

This consultation will first determine which agile software development methods and processes are used in your company and what needs there are for integrating HCD processes.

The goal is a lean, company-adapted integration of usability/user experience methods to increase user satisfaction with the products.
