Good planning is the first step!
Many companies have experience and adapted processes for agile software development.
While agile processes are focused on the timely implementation of requirements, improving usability/user experience (UX) requires careful planning. Thus, integrating human-centered design processes into agile software development presents a challenge, as both processes require very different approaches.
This consultation will first determine which agile software development methods and processes are used in your company and what needs there are for integrating HCD processes.
The goal is a lean, company-adapted integration of usability/user experience methods to increase user satisfaction with the products.
UX management can be established upon request.
At any time, experiences and best practices from a wide variety of companies and integrations of ASD and HCD can be presented, as extensive experience in integration is available.
This consulting service is aimed at management, board members, management, product owners and product or process managers.
Further consultation topics can be discussed in a personal meeting. We look forward to hearing from you – either by email to wtt@hs-emden-leer.de or via the chat function on this platform (top right). We look forward to hearing from you!
