Our state-of-the-art LC-MS/MS platform is equipped for high-throughput quantitative metabolome analysis, utilizing validated kit-based approaches that ensure robustness and reproducibility. This technology allows us to simultaneously measure more than 1,800 metabolites from diverse biochemical pathways, providing deep insights into metabolic alterations in response to chemical exposure, drug treatment, or disease progression. The platform's efficiency enables us to process large sample cohorts – over 600 samples within two weeks – while requiring only minimal sample volumes, making it particularly valuable for precious clinical and preclinical study materials.
