HANNOVER – On September 24, 2026, the Female Future Meet Up will celebrate its premiere in Hannover in cooperation with Niedersachsen.next StartUp, Günderinnen-Consult and FEM25. From 13 to 21 o'clock, participants can expect an inspiring afternoon full of impulses, exchange and genuine encounters. Under the motto "The Power of Connection", the Meet Up brings together women from business, leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation to discover new perspectives together and build valuable networks.

Inspiring personalities from business, psychology, entrepreneurship and leadership are taking part: Barbara Hagedorn, entrepreneur, founder and networker at FutureWE, speaks about "Mindset statt Machtspiele". Rainer Göttmann, CEO of metafinanz, shows in his lecture "Teambuilding 5.0: Wie wir die Teams der Zukunft aufbauen", how modern collaboration succeeds. Diplom-Psychologist and Market Researcher Ines Imdahl illuminates in "Connection Economy", why the connection of female and male strengths advances the economy and society. The program is supplemented by Patricia Zupan-Eugster and Verena Eugster, the founders of the Female Future Festivals. Their topic: "The Power of Connection – Dein Booster für die (Arbeits-)Welt von morgen."

"With Hannover we are bringing the Female Future Meet Up to Lower Saxony for the first time. Our goal is to create a place where people come into conversation with each other, learn from each other and inspire each other," says Verena Eugster. Patricia Zupan-Eugster adds: "Especially in a time when much is happening digitally, genuine encounters are becoming increasingly valuable. Our Meet Ups create space for new ideas, strong networks and sustainable connections."

In addition to the stage program, the Meet Up offers numerous networking opportunities as well as coffee and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. An exclusive Lunch with selected speaker:innen and members of the Female Future network also takes place at lunchtime. The places for this are limited.

About the Female Future Meet Up The Female Future Festivals in Vienna, Bregenz and Munich delight thousands of visitors every year with inspiring speaker:innen, innovative topics and a strong community. The Female Future Meet Up is the consciously smaller format: personal, approachable and with plenty of room for genuine exchange and sustainable connections.
