Center for Pharmaceutical Process Engineering (PVZ)

The Center for Pharmaceutical Process Engineering (PVZ) is an interdisciplinary research center at TU Braunschweig. The goal of the PVZ is to research innovative processes for the cost-effective production of effective and personalized medicines. To achieve this goal, expertise from various disciplines—pharmacy, engineering, micro- and process engineering—are combined in an interdisciplinary approach. In the PVZ's research projects, scientists from TU Braunschweig, the University of Hanover, HAWK Göttingen, TU Clausthal, and the HZI work closely together to synergistically advance drug manufacturing.
