A minimum contribution of 20 percent is considered appropriate. For industrial research, up to 50 percent, for experimental development, up to 25 percent, and if the conditions of Article 25, Paragraph 6 of the GBER are met, a maximum of 80 percent of the eligible costs. For feasibility studies, funding amounts to up to 50 percent, and if the conditions of Article 25, Paragraph 7 of the GBER are met, a maximum of 70 percent of the eligible costs. For funding based on the De Minimis Regulation, the maximum limit of currently €300,000 specified in this regulation must be strictly adhered to.
Knowledge transfer and application of green and sustainable environmental technologies and infrastructures abroad
Undertakings in difficulty, undertakings or sectors in the cases referred to in Article 1(2), (3) and (5) of the GBER, activities related to exports to third countries or Member States, in particular aid directly related to the quantities exported, the establishment or operation of a distribution network or other running costs related to export activities
Project outline, formal funding application, financial planning, indicators at project and program level
Commercial enterprises, legal entities under private law (e.g. clubs, associations and foundations), universities and non-university research institutions that have a permanent establishment, branch or other facility in Germany at the time of payment.
