offers bootcamps to develop the business model and technological support for the further development and optimization of products and processes

FoodHyper Bootcamp May 8-12, 2023At the Seedhouse in Osnabrück and at the DIL German Institute of Food Technologies in Quakenbrück.

The FoodHyper Bootcamp is a multi-day intensive program tailored to the individual needs of the participating food startups with: 





  • Input sessions and workshops 



  • Product (further) development at the DIL / use of the technical infrastructure 



  • subject-specific exchange with experts in 1:1 format 



  • Networking into the Lower Saxony food ecosystem

Food law consultation for food startups online

Young companies and research teams from universities and research institutions develop new products, technologies, processes and services related to the food system. Often, the planned innovations are subject to legal frameworks that the teams are not aware of or have not yet focused on. This lack of knowledge can lead to significant delays or ultimately to the failure of the entire project. This can be counteracted with an early involvement of legal advice. 





Our offer



We offer a food law consultation hour for people interested in founding a company and young startups in the food industry. The consultation hour is conducted by  Prof. Dr. Markus Grube , lawyer, food and consumer goods lawyer.





The consultation lasts about 50 minutes, takes place online and is free of charge.

Foodpaten network

The FoodPaten are contact persons* from all regions in Lower Saxony and thus form a competent and diverse network for food startups and people interested in founding a company. They support startups and founding teams with their experience and network.
