The shortage of skilled workers is one of the greatest challenges facing industry. Unfilled positions, increasing demands, and scarce personnel resources make it difficult for many companies to design their processes efficiently. At the same time, artificial intelligence and modern process automation are opening up new possibilities for specifically relieving employees and sustainably optimizing workflows.

In this webinar, you will learn how companies can make the transition from the classic AI agent to the digital skilled worker. Together with the Low-Code Association e. V. and MR.KNOW, we will show how real job profiles can be analyzed and tasks systematically automated through AI-supported processes.

Look forward to a practical insight into modern low-code and AI solutions. Using concrete application examples and a live demonstration, you will learn how digital skilled workers can take on complex tasks, support existing teams, and be successfully integrated into existing system landscapes.

What awaits you

  • Classification of the potential of AI and low-code for industrial companies

  • The path from AI agent to digital skilled worker

  • Analysis of job profiles for the use of AI

  • Practical examples and live demonstration

  • Recommendations for action for the integration of digital skilled workers

  • Time for questions and discussion

Life Science Dialog

Support for the Automotive Agency for Network Partners – Our Focus Topics, Offers, and Impulses

Mobility | Niedersachsen.next | Webinar

The automotive industry is undergoing a profound transformation process. New technologies, changing market conditions, and the development of new business fields require innovative strategies, strong partnerships, and exchange within high-performing networks.

As part of the Niedersachsen.next economic and innovation agency, the Niedersachsen.next Automotive Agency supports companies, universities, associations, economic development agencies, and other stakeholders in actively shaping these challenges. With a network spanning the state and the entire country, as well as diverse formats, we accompany projects, innovations, and new industry topics.

Within the framework of our #Digital120 format, we provide you with an overview of our current focus topics, support services, and networking opportunities. Learn about the future topics we are currently working on, which exchange formats and events are planned, and how we can support you in your endeavors.

Among other things, we will present our activities in the areas of structural change, cluster management, and best-practice transfer. You will also gain insights into topics such as robotics as a supplier market, defense/dual use, circular economy, batteries, automated driving, and industrial data ecosystems.

Furthermore, we will show you how we can support you in developing new markets, networking with relevant partners, and promoting your events.

The webinar is particularly aimed at economic development agencies, colleges and universities, associations, municipalities, technology and start-up centers, companies, and all interested parties who want to get to know the Niedersachsen.next Automotive Agency and its services.

We look forward to exchanging ideas with you!
