Indian CultureIndian Culture is a family business from Buxtehude near Hamburg, founded in 2023, for everyone who likes Indian cuisine and wants to cook it at home. Behind the online shop is the Kapoor family, with roots in Punjab and Delhi. Savin Kumar Kapoor was born in Kabul, has been cooking since he was twelve, and founded the shop; he writes the recipes. We stock what is actually in Indian, Pakistani, and Sri Lankan kitchens: the brands with which our family cooks itself. Every recipe states how much of what, in what form, and how you can tell that it is correct. With one click, all the ingredients for it are in the shopping cart, and we send them in a package. A glossary explains the ingredients with their South Asian names.
