IKANIIKANI is a spice brand from Braunschweig with a focus on traceable origin and direct supply relationships. Currently, the focus is on Vanilla planifolia vanilla pods from Bali, which are sourced directly from a smallholder cooperative. IKANI sells to private customers and is simultaneously expanding its B2B sales for gastronomy, ice cream parlors, patisseries, and food manufacturers. In the future, the product range is to be expanded to include other selected spices.
