Werkschule in MunsterThe Werkschule in Münster is a small school in the Lüneburg Heath. The Werkschule is characterized by three essential pillars:
DenkWERK & LernWERK: Curriculum development currently makes up a large part of our current work. We want to move away from frontal teaching and have discovered self-organized learning for ourselves. The students learn independently in basic instruction and reflect on their learning progress in coaching.
HandWERK: Everything that our students can touch and experience has a sustainable influence on their development. In the student company "FutterExpress" they learn early on to take responsibility and to contribute to a business. The local economy regularly supports us on action days, the in-house career fair, internships or company visits. New are the AGs, which were initiated in cooperation with the businesses.
NetzWERK: We open the school to bring as many experts as possible into the school who work with our students. We have invited a wide variety of social space partners, therapists, reading mentors, institutions, businesses and consultants and are pleased about the ever-growing network of supporters.
