Conbool GmbHConbool is a modern email security and compliance platform for Microsoft 365/SMTP that measurably protects businesses from phishing/BEC, malware, spam, and data leaks – without tool sprawl or complex projects. Our suite consists of three components: MailGuard (link/attachment checks, DLP, quarantine and approval workflows), SecureMail (secure delivery via S/MIME/PGP and keyless secure communication thanks to portal fallback including an audit trail), and Signatures/Disclaimers (centralized, policy-based templates for branding and legal texts). What sets us apart: a unified policy engine with clear workflows and reporting, making it quick to integrate, low-maintenance, and easy for IT teams to operate. Conbool is already in productive use (including 700 seats) and is particularly well-suited for mid-sized and enterprise businesses in regulated industries where verifiable security and compliance are crucial.
