In the beginning was the word: Here it is the Accessibility Strengthening Act. Sounds – as is often the case, cumbersome at first. In a nutshell, the BFSG means that digital offerings, for example on the internet, must be designed so that all people can use them well. This has been mandatory since the end of June 2025.

Who benefits from this? Why is it sensible? What hurdles are there? How do you achieve accessibility?
