Expenses for social security are already included in the scholarship and will not be reimbursed additionally. Payment is made monthly on the 15th of the current month. A simultaneous combination of the scholarship with other scholarships (in particular EXIST funding) or other professional activity averaging more than 10 hours per week or another public benefit to finance living expenses is excluded. Support of the start-up during the funding period by an accredited "supporting institution", i.e. a university, a research institution, a start-up center or another incubator/accelerator (see overview on the program page under "Downloads").
