Matching 100+ International Candidates with German Employers

Deutsch Connect has a talent pool of over 100 candidates from Africa, India and Nepal seeking apprenticeships and jobs in Germany across healthcare and nursing, hospitality and gastronomy, skilled trades, engineering, IT and logistics.

Most candidates have B1 or B2 German-language skills. They are also undertaking German cultural orientation and integration courses in their home countries, preparing them for workplace expectations, communication and everyday life in Germany before they arrive.

THE PROJECT

Our project connects these preselected candidates with German companies seeking apprentices or skilled employees. We are looking for employers with current or upcoming vacancies who want to build a lasting international recruitment partnership.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

• Understand your vacancies, qualification requirements and preferred start dates. • Match suitable candidates from our talent pool to your needs. • Share candidate profiles and coordinate interviews. • Align further preparation with your company’s expectations. • Support onboarding and integration in cooperation with your team.

WHAT WE BRING

With eight years of experience connecting international talent with opportunities in Germany, Deutsch Connect combines candidate preselection, German-language training, document review, interview preparation and intercultural learning with personal support.

Our preparation begins in candidates’ home countries and continues as they take their next steps towards employment and life in Germany.

LET’S FIND YOUR NEXT TEAM MEMBERS

We welcome German companies, particularly in Gifhorn–Wolfsburg and across Niedersachsen, interested in meeting motivated, preselected international candidates.

Tell us which roles you need to fill, and let’s identify suitable candidates together.
