With its numerous innovative companies, the TGO is the largest of its kind in Lower Saxony and a real "hotspot" in the start-up scene. For the past four years, the TGO has also been supporting new founders with its start-up center "GO!" through intensive coaching for a period of six months. Seminar: Konflikte bewusster angehen Conflicts and friction are almost unavoidable when people interact with one another, let alone work together. Once you realize the magnitude of the resulting loss of quality, time, and motivation, it becomes clear that far better results can be achieved through skillful conflict management. Recognizing conflicts early, addressing them consciously, and resolving them purposefully—ideally, avoiding them in the first place—is a key leadership task. In this seminar, you, as an employee with leadership responsibilities, will be given the knowledge and tools to become more attuned to conflicts and resolve them confidently and appropriately to the situation.
