Lene HealthWe enable companies to fulfill the mental risk assessment (according to §5 ArbSchG) in a new and innovative platform. In addition, companies receive a data-supported derivation of measures to maintain the mental safety of their teams and their employees. These measures can then be carried out classically as team workshops (digitally or on site). What is innovative here is the derivation of individual measures for each employee. These are offered on a Mental Health Platform and support each individual employee with their individual needs.

Customer Problem
Mental stress in the workplace has been rising dramatically for the past 20 years, leading to increased incapacity to work. In addition, unfilled positions are a burden on companies that want to position themselves attractively as employers in the "war for talents" with benefits, especially among Generation Y / Z.

We use the legal requirement of GB Psych as a "door opener" in the companies to establish the subscription model of our application in the B2B area.

Market Description
We address our value proposition to medium to large companies (> 50 employees). With a market share of approx. 85%, this group represents the majority of companies that use BGM offerings. According to a study in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse, 76.8% of these companies have a budget for such solutions and only 7.4% have fully implemented GB Psych.USP
While the traditional market of occupational health and safety providers offers the GB Psych as a consulting service, we would like to use a digital platform to combine the recording of the required content with individualized mental health promotion derived from the respective needs. In addition to simply answering the questions, Lene also offers companies the platform to document measures derived from GB Psych and track their progress. Employees are provided with an individualized, easy-to-use interface on which they can undergo modular training and further education in the area of mental health.
