Our product, the "LiSSA 3D Flash LIDAR", is a novel LIDAR sensor for more driving safety. LiSSA (Lidar for Smart Sensing and Automotive) represents a revolutionary LIDAR approach, which not only provides a high resolution (double VGA) but also a very good accuracy level (<1cm). Additionally, eye safety class 1 is guaranteed and a range of 220m is possible. Such high-resolution LIDAR sensors are of great importance for autonomous driving, as they enable the detection of small objects at long distances at the usual speed. Furthermore, we apply a multi-spectral approach with our product in order to be able to cover more than one region or area at the same time. This also allows for a better object classification. We present our novel product for the future of autonomous driving!
