The shortage of skilled workers is one of the greatest challenges facing industry. Unfilled positions, increasing demands, and scarce personnel resources make it difficult for many companies to design their processes efficiently. At the same time, artificial intelligence and modern process automation are opening up new possibilities for specifically relieving employees and sustainably optimizing workflows.
In this webinar, you will learn how companies can make the transition from the classic AI agent to the digital skilled worker. Together with the Low-Code Association e. V. and MR.KNOW, we will show how real job profiles can be analyzed and tasks systematically automated through AI-supported processes.
Look forward to a practical insight into modern low-code and AI solutions. Using concrete application examples and a live demonstration, you will learn how digital skilled workers can take on complex tasks, support existing teams, and be successfully integrated into existing system landscapes.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an interactive workshop concept that promotes dialogue among participants, encourages reflection, and develops problem-solving skills and the use of imagination.
In our practice-oriented workshop, you will gain insight into this playful method and learn to apply it directly yourself. This creates a framework that facilitates exchange, opens up new perspectives, and makes collaboration on an equal footing possible.
The focus is on impulses from the group, collective thinking, and discovering ideas that often do not emerge in normal conversation. The method is not explained theoretically but made directly experienceable – light, active, and at the same time clear in the business context.
