MBG is an independent investment company for small and medium-sized enterprises in Niedersachsen, and a management company for several investment funds. It is unaffiliated and neutral with regard to banks, persons and sectors, with the State and Federal governments as risk partners, and its services are available to any company at every entrepreneurial stage. MBG is underpinned by six established credit institutes and a business institute.

The BANSON mission is to stimulate young entrepreneurship in Niedersachsen; its business angel network guides young start-up entrepreneurs through advice and support from the early finance-seeking phases through to a possible launch. The network brings together considerable expert knowledge from the most diverse sectors, and its multifaceted networking offers ideal support for new enterprises and start-ups.
