Cockpit Suite Live HubCockpit Suite Live Hub is a modular hardware and software ecosystem for modern flight simulation.

The platform combines cockpit displays, analogue instruments, I/O electronics, sensor technology, and multiple simulation interfaces within one centralized system. The goal is to replace separate standalone solutions with one integrated and scalable platform.
The current focus is on Falcon BMS and F-16 cockpit systems. In addition, interfaces and extensions for DCS-based combat flight simulation and other platforms are already being developed.

The system includes software for displays and instruments, modular input and LED boards, microcontroller-based hardware, sensor solutions, analogue instrument control, and proprietary control and communication interfaces.

Key software and hardware components are already fully functional. Initial electronic assemblies have already been produced and tested in practice. Additional modules are currently in development and being prepared for future series production.
Our goal is to create an affordable and modular complete solution for private cockpit builders, advanced flight simulation enthusiasts, and professional simulator projects. Users should be able to control as many functions as possible through a single platform instead of relying on numerous separate software and hardware solutions.

The project is currently in the phase of further technical development, product standardization, and preparation for commercial market entry.

A dedicated official company domain is currently being prepared.

Customer Problem
Building a functional flight simulator cockpit currently requires users to combine multiple independent hardware and software solutions. Configuration of displays, instruments, switches, LEDs, I/O devices and simulator interfaces is often complex, poorly documented and time-consuming. Users frequently need different applications, custom scripts, network configurations and third-party tools just to operate one cockpit. This creates high technical entry barriers, compatibility issues and significant costs.
Business Model
Revenue is generated through the sale of modular cockpit hardware, including input/output controllers, display interfaces, instrument electronics, sensor systems and complete cockpit modules. The hardware ecosystem is complemented by the Cockpit Suite Live Hub software platform. Customers can start with individual modules and expand their system step by step. Additional revenue opportunities include complete hardware bundles, premium modules, software extensions and future licensing for third-party hardware manufacturers.
Technology Description
Cockpit Suite Live Hub is a centralized hardware and software architecture for advanced flight simulation. The platform connects directly to simulator data from Falcon BMS and DCS and distributes this information to displays, analog instruments, LEDs, switches, sensors and external controllers. Proprietary modular I/O hardware communicates with the central software platform, reducing the need for multiple independent third-party applications. The architecture is designed for local and networked cockpit installations and provides interfaces for future third-party integrations.
Market Description
The project operates within the international flight simulation and home cockpit market, with an initial focus on combat flight simulation and F-16 cockpit builders. This market consists of highly engaged users who frequently invest significant amounts in realistic controls, displays, panels and complete cockpit systems. Existing solutions are often fragmented across multiple manufacturers and software platforms, creating an opportunity for an integrated and modular ecosystem that reduces complexity and cost.
USP
Cockpit Suite Live Hub combines software, cockpit electronics and simulator interfaces within one modular ecosystem. Instead of requiring multiple applications and unrelated hardware solutions, customers can operate and expand their cockpit through one central platform. The system is designed to be easy to configure, scalable from individual modules to complete cockpits, and significantly more affordable than many existing specialized solutions. Open interfaces also allow customers and third-party developers to integrate their own hardware.
