Startups have the opportunity (and responsibility) to create values and structures right from the start that promote diversity and build an attractive employer brand in the long term. In this workshop, we'll explore how diversity and inclusion can be understood not as an add-on, but as a design principle. Together, we'll reflect on the values and attitudes founders bring with them—and develop initial ideas for how these can be translated into concrete structures. The workshop will provide insights into the Inclusive Minds Lab project.
