On May 5, 2026, the Medical Park Hannover will host a full day dedicated to turning life-science innovation into real-world impact.

Transfer X MACHEN – IBT Life Science Edition is a full-day hands-on innovation and matchmaking event. The day concludes with the public IBT Portfolio Conference pitches, followed by a networking dinner.

In short:

• Daytime (9:15–17:00): Transfer X MACHEN – interactive workshops, coaching & curated matchmaking

• Late Afternoon & Evening (17:00–21:00): 6th IBT Portfolio Conference pitches + networking dinner

You can register either for the full-day experience or only for the evening pitches and dinner.



About Transfer X MACHEN – IBT Life Science Edition (Full-Day Event)

Transfer X MACHEN brings together researchers, startups, investors, corporates and transfer experts who want to move innovations from the lab into the market – faster and with the right partners at their side.

Throughout the day, selected project teams and startups work closely with experienced coaches, industry experts and investors. The focus is on:

• Sharpening business models

• Clarifying regulatory pathways

• Improving investor readiness

• Building meaningful connections that last beyond the event

The format is intentionally hands-on, curated and interactive. Instead of long presentations, the emphasis is on real exchange and concrete progress.

The 6th IBT PRE-SEED Portfolio Conference (Evening Program)

The 6th  IBT Portfolio Conference  is the official closing highlight of the day.

From 5:00 PM onwards, selected startups present their pitches to investors, corporates and ecosystem players. The pitch session is followed by a networking dinner.

This evening program is:

• Included in the full-day Transfer X MACHEN ticket

• Also bookable separately for guests who only want to attend the pitches and dinner
